This has happened to iphone and ipad users ever since Apple updated to iOS 5. We haven’t worked out what the problem is yet and we are hoping they will release an update and it will be fixed. We are looking into it in the meantime – sorry!

It lands about 2miles away from the map location I click on making it impossible for me to map any more routes :(
Previously used this lovely site without problems, but won’t be able to continue :( Unless it’s fixed. Funny cos it worked fine before especially on iPad
