New site known outstanding bugs.
We have ironed quite a few bugs in the last week and many thanks for everyone who has emailed in and left comments. Please continue to do so by attaching comments to this post including any error messages you get and browser information etc. The ones we know about, are working on but haven’t quite sorted out yet are:
1. Sometimes when you save a route the name of the route is left blank in the “My Routes” section. Fixed we think. Can you let us know if it happens again.
2. When you put in a new location the site doesn’t zoom into it. Fixed
3. Importing GPX routes is temperamental. This seems only to be an issue for longer routes imported into the Safari browser
4. Distance markers do not print out. Fixed
Any information you have about these or anything other bugs is really useful so please continue to let us know. Thanks. James

Hi James.
For some reason I’m unable to print out my mapped runs. Strange.

James!
Love the new look site, one BIG problem the roads on the map view are now far too white & hard to distinguish.
Can this be rectified please!
Many thanks

Hi Simon
Thanks for the feedback. We haven’t done anything to the the maps themselves. They come from Google and we are unable to change them. It might be they have changed them in your area – we can’t do anything about that – sorry. We are looking into including an Open Street Map layer to the maps which might be better for you in the future.

Saved routes are only in numerical order up to 10 – it looks as if only the first digit is being recognised as 11, 12 etc revert to second and third on my list.
Any chance of fixing this as I want to keep routes in order of length?
Thanks

Hi. We’ll look into this bug and try and get it sorted in the next round of changes. Thanks for pointing it out.

Thanks James. Alternatively, is it possible to set up folders for routes in specific locations so that variations of the same route can be saved separately?

hi Roger
We are working on Open Street Map integration and Facebook / Twitter Auto posts. It is nearly ready but we won’t release it until we have ironed out known bugs. The answer is as soon as it is ready!

Hi. Yeah I’m having the issue mentioned loading gpx files. The file that fails isn’t overly big, was a 1 hour run set to 3 sec intervals. I’m using chrome browser.
