iOS5 and Mapometer
Since Apple have released iOS 5 we have had a flood of comments and emails about Mapometer not working any more on iPads or iPhones.
We are hoping Apple will release an update but we are looking into possible solutions so please bear with us.
UPDATE – It seems that it is only affecting a small amount of users now. If you are one of them or if anyone has worked out how to stop it happening please let us know.
The iOS5 issue still affects me. My specific problem is on my iPad when I tap a point on the map and the map moves away to another point.

We are aware of it. We are in the process of upgrading the site to a later version of Google Maps and this should resolve the problem. This is a month away however so please bear with us. In the meantime if anyone has a fix for Google Maps version 2.0 (the one we are using) we would be very grateful.
