Description

The 2018 Summer Pass is a training package available only for the summer time period (May21-Aug10) and provides the client unlimited daily (1/day maximum) training sessions. Sessions may be scheduled on any of the available group training sessions throughout the summer. Open group training sessions are listed below:

 

Summer Youth Athlete Development Class (Ages 8-11)

8:00-8:45 am Monday-Friday and 3:00-3:45 pm Tuesday/Thursday 

Build correct sprinting, cutting, jumping, and strength training techniques

Improve balance, coordination, reaction and conditioning

 

Student Athlete Performance (Ages 12-21)

7:00, 10:00 & 11:00 am Monday – Friday and 2:00 pm Tuesday/Thursday

Sprint, vertical, strength and agility testing plus injury risk assessment

Performance gains through sport specific plyometrics, sprint sets, and agility drills

 

Classes are led by Kevin Nickel, MS, CSCS who has been the head strength and conditioning coach at Pinnacle Sports Performance for the past 11 years.
