Description

This meet will NOT be drug tested.

The 3rd Annual USPA Raleigh Ruckus will be held on Saturday January 6, 2018 at CrossFit RDU located at 6808 Davis Circle, Raleigh, NC 27613.  This is a sanctioned USPA meet offering full meet for all divisions plus offering push/pull, bench only and deadlift only, Raw, Raw Classic (knee wraps), Single Ply and Multi-Ply (no mono-lift will be available, must walk out squats if lifting full meet). 

Weigh Ins: 

Friday 9am-10:30am & 5pm-6:30pm

There will be no Saturday weigh ins under any circumstances. There are no refunds if you can not attend the Friday weigh in. Do not sign up for this meet if you can not weigh in during one of the Friday sessions. 

We will be holding to a strict weigh in schedule which will be crucial to staying on time.  No late weigh ins will be allowed.

Lifting will start at 9am.

 

Please keep in mind the registration is only for the meet.  You will still need to be a member of the USPA.  Memberships will not be sold at the meet.  Purchase your annual membership at www.uspa.net.

Lifters are encouraged to read the USPA Rulebook

, especially pay attention to the back section that includes the approved equipment list.

 

Spectators $10 admission fee at door.

Refunds will be issued only if the meet is cancelled. No refunds will be issued for injury, change of schedule, change of flight or any personal reason the lifter may experience.
