Saturday 4th November 2017
TRAIL Office: 413 Coolidge St., Lafayette, United States
Two great riding venues, choose one or both and get the most out of the weekend. Each there are a variety of distances starting from 10 miles and upto 100 miles. Ride as a family or get some base training in place and crank out 200 miles or 200km in one weekend.
On Saturday the Bayou Teche Brewing Bike Bash is at the Bayou Teche Brewery in Arnaudville and will travel North along some of the smoothest roads in LA. St. Landry Parish has been resufacing there roads and they are in great shape.
On Sunday the ride is in conjunction with the Giant Omelette Celebration in Abbeville, LA starting from the Abbeville Courthouse and heading South you can enjoy some of the flatest part of the state. If you are riding the 62 mile routes or longer you will have the opportunity to corss over the Intracoastal Bridge and get a good climb in before heading to Stelly Grocery in Pecan Island for some boudin, bananas and other treats.
