Description

The Carrigaline Lions Cycle Classic is now in its 34th year and has raised €770,000 for various charities during that period with much of the proceeds going to our principal benefactor, Marymount Hospice.

The Carrigaline Lions Cycle Classic 2025 takes place on Saturday, 27th September.

• The cycle is a one-day event with distance options of 50km and 100km and our new Couch to 30km option
• Starting and finishing at Carrigaline Lions Youth Centre
• Starting time 9:30am (Check-in open from 8:30am)

This cycling event was started in 1991 and has so far raised €770,000 for various charities. Not bad for a fun event! Worthy beneficiaries include Marymount Hospice, Cork ARC Cancer Support House, Cork University Hospital, Carrigaline Senior Citizens and the Lions Youth Centre Project which opened in 2015 on Church Road in Carrigaline.

Check-in will take place at the Carrigaline Lions Youth Centre from 8:30am on the morning of Saturday, September 27th 2025.

All cycling categories will start at 9:30am
