Race Information

Love chocolate? This run is for you! The Chocoholic Frolic 5k/10k is fun for all! Are you competitive? The 5k and 10k are chip timed and you will be rewarded with chocolate at the finish line. Just want to take your sweet time? Run, jog, or walk your way through these courses and enjoy a chocolate stop. The event ends with melted chocolate and treats for dipping at the finish line! Each participant will receive a technical quarter zip jacket and a Chocoholic Frolic Finisher Bar. There will also be tasty door prizes that every participant has a chance to win. Award ceremonies will immediately follow the race near the finish line. Must be present to win

 

Race Awards
Chocolately awards will be given to the top three overall winners in the 5K and 10K, and first place male and female runner in each age category: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & Up. 

 

Kids K
This year kids can join in the chocolate fun with their very own Kids K! Every Kids K participant will receive a Chocoholic Frolic Kids K t-shirt.

12:00pm Post race festivities conclude

Be prepared for any type of weather. The race will take place rain or shine.

 

Race Day:

Please check with the main race page for start time and location. Wear race numbers on the FRONT of your shirt, pins will be provided.

All athletes must obey instructions from police officers, course marshals, and other emergency personnel. This is an open course on public roads, police patrols will be at major intersections to direct

Race Day Parking

There will be no participant parking available in the park on race morning. The closest race day parking is provided at the two following locations for $10 a vehicle:

75 West Plato Blvd. (Only entrance is on Plato)

155 South Wabasha (Only entrance is on Plato) – Wasbasha entrance will be closed

Space at these two lots is limited and spaces will go quickly, so arrive early if you want a premium parking space. Click here for an interactive map of St. Paul public parking.
