Description

The 2017 Freedom Run 5K will run along the Trinity River on September 16, 2017 at Trinity Groves. For the past 16 years, proceeds from the Freedom Run have benefited the Dallas Assist the Officer Foundation, an organization that provides financial support to families of fallen or injured officers and which also provides grief counseling services for police officers.

First organized by the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers after the tragic events of September 11, 2001, the Freedom Run is a way to remember and honor those first-responders who make sacrifices daily. Bring the family, wear your red, white, and blue, and we'll see you at the 2017 Freedom Run.
