Description

Back for its 6th year, the Harvest Half Marathon/5K will be held on Saturday, Nov. 3. The route will take runners along the Brentwood area greenways through the beautiful, scenic landscape of Williamson County.

Due to the narrowness of the trails this course there  will is a cap at the first 400 runners for the Harvest Half and 400 for the 5K. All Half Marathon participants will receive a completion medal and long-sleeved shirt. All 5K participants will recieve a short-sleeved shirt.

We will also be offering FREE childcare for members on race day. RSVP by Oct. 26 by emailing Camille Mickle

Event details and schedule

  • Pre-Packet Pickup: Friday, Nov. 2 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Brentwood Family YMCA.
  • Race Day Packet Pick-up/Walk-up Registration: 6:30 a.m.-7:30 a.m. at the Brentwood Family Y.
  • Child Care Services: 7:30 a.m.-Noon
  • Half Marathon Starts: 8 a.m.
  • 5K Starts: 8:15 a.m.
  • Kids Fun Run Starts: 10 a.m.
  • Awards: 9:30 a.m.

  • Overall — Top three male and female
  • Masters (Ages 40+) — Top three male and female
  • Grandmasters (50+) — Top three male and female
  • Age Group — Top three male and female: 19 and under to 60+ (grouped in 5-year increments)
5K

Awards will be given to the top three finishers in...

  • Overall — Top three male and female
  • Age Group — Top three male and female: 19 and under to 60+ (grouped in 10-year increments)

T-Shirts

Participants will receive a free t-shirt on a first-come, first-served basis. Sizes are not guaranteed.
