Our 0-5k course takes you from not running at all to running 5k in easy stages over 16 weeks. It's much easier to get running as part of a group than trying to do it by yourself. You'll be guided and supported throughout by qualified and experienced running coaches, and will find the group welcoming and friendly. All abilities, sizes and levels of fitness are welcome.

The course will comprise a structured coach-led session every Saturday morning and a repeat session on Wednesday evenings each week.    

Event details and schedule

The course will take place at the athletics track adjacent to the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Sports Centre in Rugby. Saturday sessions will start at 9am, and Wednesday sessions at 6:30pm. Please wear loose comfortable clothing (thin layers are a good idea), suitable trainers and bring a bottle of water.

On Saturday 16th March please come to the canopy attached to the clubhouse at the track at 8:45am, and ask for Laurence, Mike or Caroline.
