Run for Warriors 5k

Sunday 11th November 2018

Katherine Rose Memorial Park: 303 N. Walnut Creek Drive, Mansfield, United States

Running, Distance running, 5K

The inaugural Run for Warriors 5k was created to raise funds for the Wounded Warrior Project in conjunction with the CarryForward virtual run movement. 100% of registration fees will go to the Wounded Warrior Project. By joining us in walking or running on Veterans Day, Sunday, November 11, 2018, you are helping to provide life-saving programs for wounded warriors and demonstrate our support for them by "carrying the load." As a participant, you will be provided with a flag on race day that you can carry as you run and keep.

By funding programs customized to each warrior’s specific recovery needs, we help these brave warriors thrive in life back at home. We’re helping our brothers and sisters living with traumatic brain injury (TBI), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and physical injuries get the specific help they need—when they need it most.

Warriors never pay a penny for WWP programs—because they paid their dues on the battlefield. With our help, the free WWP services in mental health, career counseling, and long-term rehabilitative care change lives.

Show your support for our veterans and WWP by registering for the Run for Warriors 5k today -- 100% of the registration fees will go to the Wounded Warrior Project.
