A classic walking challenge in the South Downs National Park on Saturday 1st June 2019.
This Seven Sisters Challenge has a choice of three distances, including something for the whole family with a commemorative Medal to ALL finishers. 8.7 mile Blue Route/Saunter, 15.3 mile Green Route/Half Hike, and a longer 25.3 mile Red Route out of Eastbourne University complex, Denton Road.
The Challenge is part of a series around the UK of Walking & Mountaineering events, organised by Fire Sport UK in cooperation with various Fire & Rescue Services to promote active recreation to both its members, and all are OPEN events for others to enjoy.

Full Joining Instructions, will be sent out to all registered in the weeks prior to this year's event.
Your walking Bib Number/Lanyard will be issued on the day and will be ready for collection.
Plenty of free Parking in the vicinity of the Start - in the Sports complex there exists plenty of Changing rooms and toilets. Bring walking clothing suitable for changeable weather. Dogs are welcome, but must be kept under control and on a lead in the vicinity of farm animals and close to cliff edges.
Registration opens from 07:30 for the 25 miler - 08:30 for the 15 miler - and 09:30 for the 8 miler.
Pick up a walking number and map and details of checkpoints and water/welcome stations on the day. And please take a packed lunch and perhaps a camara to record some of the fantastic images of the South Downs National Park - that you will certainly find.
