The Severn Mud Run is a challenging, thrilling and mud-filled run and obstable course set alongside the River Severn, just outside of Chepstow.
With a 5/ 10km option and also a 2.5km wave for the little ones, there is something for everyone!
The course boasts scenic views of the River Severn and Severn Bridge and is made up of over 20 obstacles; both man-made and natural. With all obstacles having a bypass option, this really is a mud run for everyone!
The Severn Mud Run is a mud run for everyone; at the 2018 there were mud run newbies as well as mud run veterans who took part.
Due to popular demand, the childs wave is new to 2019. So why not make it a fun day our for all of the family!?

There will be a FREE key drop for all participants.
Participants should arrive at least 30minutes before their wave time and head straight to the registration tent.
All entrants should electronically sign the race waiver prior to the event. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RACE IF THIS HAS NOT BEEN DONE. Similarly, for the Severn Nippers wave, parents should sign the race waiver prior to the event.
Once you have registered, you and the other runners in your wave will be called into the warm up area for a short warm up before your race.
You should wear light, breathable sports clothes and trainers. You will also need a towel & change of clothes to change into after the event.
T-Shirts will be sold on the day.
There will be on site traders for pre or post race refreshments.
Portable toilets will also be on site.
