In support of Oshi’s World charity, the vibe during the event can be described as electric, with live music for competitors and spectators at the main arena, and supporters lining the entire track eagerly awaiting for you to sprint on by.

Whether you run 1 lap in a team or have your heart fixed on setting beating the course record as a Solo, you’re bound to enjoy the Dare12, the first continuous 12 hour trail loop running event in Wales. Your bespoke medal and hand crafted trophy (if you win) awaits.

Recommended Kit

Trail running shoes are recommended (not manditory) or a just good pair of joggers will suffice.

Solo athletes can bring there own portable foods/water to eat/drink on the run, IF THEY WISH. but there will be plenty of water and munchies at the half way drink station.
