The McCourt Foundation is proud to announce the Inaugural Boston Waterfront 5K & Fitness Festival presented by Reebok. The unique event allows community businesses, organizations, and individuals to build stronger community bonds and support for their worthy missions.
The McCourt Foundation was founded with the mission to help patients and families living with neurological diseases through research, education and financial assistance. Over the past few years the foundation has broadened its reach by partnering with additional health-related organizations to help even more people in need.
Join us for this family-friendly event which will include adult and kids races and Reebok-led athletic classes on the scenic Boston Waterfront. This event will also feature an Expo at the Massport Flynn Cruise Port with live entertainment by Dalton & the Sheriffs, awards ceremony, free Harpoon Beer, activities and games for the whole family and food vendors. This is an event you do not want to miss!

All Reebok classes will be followed by a complimentary cool-down yoga class
Funds raised for this event will benefit The McCourt Foundation (TMF) or one of our approved partners. TMF was founded to fund research and help patients and families living with neurological diseases. The Foundation recognizes the importance of other health nonprofits and creates valuable partnerships through our events.

· 9:15am – Youth 1/2 mile
· 9:45am – Youth 100-meter dash
· 10am – Expo Opens
· 10am – Reebok-led classes begin
· 10:15am – 5K Race/Walk begins
· 11am – Dalton & the Sheriffs perform

· 1:00pm – Last call in Expo
· 1:30pm – Expo closes

The McCourt Foundation raises valuable funds that supports critical Neurology research at Mass General & Brigham and Women’s Hospitals. Your participation in this event directly supports the Foundation’s fundraising initiatives. We offer the opportunity for individuals to fundraise ahead of race day.
We recognize these individuals who go above and beyond by fundraising for the Foundation or one of our event partners by providing the following prizes:
· Set up your fundraising page and receive a 40% coupon after your first donation is made to be used in the Reebok Boston store!
*The individual will receive only one of the above prizes, whichever is representative of the maximum fundraising requirement met.
Overall top team individual fundraiser & top team captain wil receive an additional award.
Parking, Public Transportation & Hotels:
Parking is available in many nearby garages for a fee.
Take the Silver Line SL2 Drydock bus from South Station to the Northern Ave. @ Tide St stop. Reebok HQ (25 Drydock Ave.) is a 3-minute walk from there.
Packet Pick up info:
Packet and Bib pick up will take place at the Reebok retail store located at 25 Drydock Ave., Boston. Your beer tickets and food voucher are attached to your bib – please do not lose them, as they cannot be replaced! Please note that parking is limited.
Bring a photo ID and follow this pick-up schedule:
Thursday, June 14th - 12pm-6pm
Saturday, June 16th - 10am-3pm
Race Day - Sunday, June 17th - 8am-10am
Race day bag check:
If you bring a bag with you on race day, we will provide a bag drop area. You will receive a bag tag which will assign you to a specific bag drop location. Please note, we are not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen. Bags must be picked up by 11:30am on race day!
The Expo is our Waterfront Fitness Festival’s celebratory after party! Located in Black Falcon Terminal with scenic water views along the dock, the expo will feature an exclusive Harpoon Beer Garden, food selections from Boston’s best restaurants and vendors, information booths from our partners and live entertainment from Dalton & the Sheriffs, Boston’s favorite country band!
The Expo will open at 10am and is free for all race participants. A suggested donation of $5 is appreciated at the door for all non-race attendees. All race bibs will include two tickets for beer or cider from the Harpoon Beer Garden in the expo. Any additional beverages can be purchased for $5 each, CASH ONLY. Race bibs will also include one voucher for food. PLEASE BRING YOUR ID ON RACE DAY IF YOU PLAN TO PARTAKE IN HARPOON'S BEER GARDEN.
Race and fundraising awards and prizes will be presented at 12pm. You must be present to claim your awards. Last call is at 1pm and the Expo will close at 1:30pm.
