The Belgian Waffle Ride Montana is where the wild, untamed spirit of the Monuments of Gravel meets the rugged beauty of Big Sky Country. Set in the breathtaking landscapes of Whitefish, this unroad adventure takes riders deep into the heart of Montana’s most grueling, gorgeous, and unrelenting terrain. Expect big climbs, fast gravel, and endless suffering as you navigate miles of mixed surfaces—dirt, tarmac, and everything in between—through towering forests, open valleys, and remote backcountry roads. Whether you're racing the full Waffle, the mid-distance Wafer, or the shorter Wanna, every mile is a battle against the elements, elevation, and your own limits. And, of course, the challenge is rewarded in true BWR fashion—with great beer, even better food, and a celebration worthy of the effort. Montana might be known for its wide-open spaces, but on race day, it's nothing but grit, glory, and the legendary suffering that makes BWR the toughest party on two wheels.
